Cable

A major character who has been notably missing from the X-Men movie franchise to date is the awesome Cable.

Cable is Nathan Summers – an extremely powerful and bad-ass hero/anti-hero from the future and the son of Cyclops (Scott Summers, who already exists in the X-Men movie universe) and Madelyne Pryor (Jean Grey’s clone). He is a telepath, a telekinetic and a technopath, as well as an expert marksman.

While he clearly isn’t part of the Deadpool movie’s main cast, it would be awesome to see him in a post-credits scene with a view to making more prominent appearances in future movies (X-Men: Apocalypse and/or X-Force, for instance).

What would make a Cable cameo in Deadpool extra cool is the fact that he has partnered with the Merc with a Mouth in a comic book series entitled Cable & Deadpool. Therefore, fans would undoubtedly absolutely love the nod to those comics and an appearance of some sort in this movie would be particularly appropriate.
