A response to Zack Snyder

A couple of days ago, Zack Snyder said that DC and Warner Bros are trying to create something that will last, something that is very different than what Marvel is doing – namely, the director said about Batman and Superman, “They’re not just, like, the flavour of the week Ant-Man – not to be mean, but whatever it is. What is the next Blank-Man?”

So, when asked about this statement, Sebastian Stan said that the Russo brothers (who directed Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, and who will direct both of the Infinity War movies) have brought something new to Marvel. He didn’t say that they brought realism – but that is what we believe.

Then he added: “They’re not trying to mimic a better Christopher Nolan movie or something like that.”

That is such a burn! And Sebastian Stan is right – Snyder has been said to mimic the gritty and realistic style of Nolan. But will he respond? Probably not – he is too big for that (fi you catch our drift).

In any way, let the Russo brothers bring yet another awesome Captain America movie. Next year we will see who was the most original director.
