With the Skrulls’ arrival in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Kevin Feige’s statements about Captain Marvel leading straight into Avengers 4, we really have no idea how the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s third phase will end. But we assume that Marvel will do whatever it takes to top next year's Avengers: Infinity War, which promises to be bigger than life itself.
We can expect that some major changes will take place, starting with the Infinity War. For example, a casting call gave away that there will be a major death in the movie, which is no surprise, since Thanos is making an appearance. But the biggest changes might take place following the introduction of the Skrulls in Captain Marvel.
It’s possible that Avengers 4 will deal with an event similar to Secret Invasion. It’s definitely safe to say that certain characters are going to change.
Clint Barton/Hawkeye, who was spotted on the set with a new haircut, is sure to be one of those characters. Photos taken by fans hinted that Hawkeye will actually become Ronin in the presumably final Avengers installment.
Apparently, the most recent pics cemented this theory. Check them out below!

Previously, all we knew was that Hawkeye would have a new haircut. But the more recent pics gave us a glimpse of his new suit, as well. The black-and-gold combination certainly reminded us of Barton's Ronin persona from the comics.
Of course, this isn't the most solid evidence. But when combined with what we’ve learned about the coming MCU movies, there’s no doubt that Hawkeye will be gone after the Infinity War. We’re wondering what will happen, and what will prompt this drastic change to the character.
Avengers: Infinity War will be released on May 4, 2018. Avengers 4 will follow on May 3, 2019.
