Who Would Actually Win?

Who would stand victorious in a clash between Black Adam and Black Bolt is immensely dependant on your inclination to Marvel or DC in particular. From a neutral point of view, it seems like Black Adam would struggle badly against the Inhumans king as just his voice can unleash the destruction of a nuclear weapon. He doesn't need to do much to defeat Black Adam! Such strength of his voice is what makes him not speak at all. What do you think though?
