Suicide Squad is set to hit theaters in less than two months, and both the theaters and the studio have jacked up their promotional efforts for the movie by releasing new commercials. Warner Bros. launched a TV spot during the NBA finals which featured almost no new footage. Now, they have launched two more that do feature some never-before-seen footage from the David Ayer flick.
And these two commercials strongly indicate that Suicide Squad has no shortage of humor, something the last DC Extended Universe installment, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, definitely lacked. So I suppose this is good news for us, the fans.
In the first of the two TV spots, we see that Joel Kinnaman's Rick Flag, who for some reason has appeared to be annoyed in previous clips, is in good spirits. He hugs Will Smith's Deadshot for performing a task with brilliance, but Deadshot doesn't seem to enjoy the appreciation, as he is "NOT A HUGGER"! Here's the commercial for you!

The resolution of the second Suicide Squad TV is poor in quality, but there's no doubt about the quality of its content. Here, we see Jared Leto's The Joker exaggeratedly saying, "It's so intense!" We also get to see Cara Delevingne's Enchantress ruffling a government official's feathers with her harmless touch! Check it out below!

Ranking All of the MCU Movies!
The MCU started eight years ago and, despite being a bit too formulaic at times, it's still going strong, and it reinvents itself with each new release. If franchises like Iron Man and Thor were the ones to successfully introduce the fans to this shared universe, the later franchises were the ones to cement the MCU as one of the most successful of all time.
Guardians of the Galaxy is obviously worthy of being mentioned here. It surprised everybody, as did Ant-Man - these were unknown Marvel properties among the general audience, but they killed it with the critics and at the box office (one more than the other, of course).
And, as always, here is the necessary spoiler warning!
Apart from the two TV spots, character portraits for several Suicide Squad characters including Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn, Viola Davis' Amanda Waller, Jai Courtney's Boomerang and Karen Fukuhara's Katana have also arrived. Check them out (via Comic Book Movie)!
And don't forget that Suicide Squad will have "a major presence" during the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con, with cast appearances and fan events. Harley's Tattoo Parlor will return and a part of the Hard Rock Hotel will be transformed into the Belle Reve Penitentiary to offer a virtual reality experience to the fans.
