Even if SHAZAM arrives as late as 2019, Dwayne The Rock Johnson keeps on teasing the movie and the awesome role he will have. Basically, since the movie lacks a main star, The Rock has taken it upon himself to promote it.
Known mostly for his action flicks, the wrestler-turned-actor has also starred in his fair share of comedy movies, the latest of which is awaiting release this June (Central Intelligence, co-starring Kevin Hart).
The Rock has teased a DC Shared Universe appearance since 2013, when everybody believed that he would portray Lobo. Maybe it is for the better now, since now we know that one of the strongest magic powerhouses in the DC comics will be portrayed by one of the most charismatic action stars of the moment.
And speaking of this, The Rock has once again taken to Twitter to tease an epic fight with the Man of Steel. To put it bluntly, the action star believes that Superman deserves a good beating. And if there is anybody to do that to Henry Cavill, then that somebody is The Rock (or, as the teasers for Central Intelligence say, someone with a big johnson).
Check out the Tweet below:
Won’t happen in the first movie, but nothing would make me happier. He’s got it comin’. #BlackAdamVsSuperman #Shazam https://t.co/GG6kaFWZfH

Of course, this tease explicitly says that Black Adam won't collide with Superman during the first SHAZAM movie. However, the actor has also said that Black Adam may pop in at the DCEU a bit sooner than expected. What does that mean?
In 2015, while promoting San Andreas, the Rock said that the fans won't have to wait until 2019 to see Black Adam. And this says that either SHAZAM will be released sooner (which is least likely), or that the villain/anti-hero might show up in some other DCEU movie.
What do you think?
