There have been so many Batman movies over the years and each of them has survived to claim some sort of a commercial success- if not a massive blockbuster. Since the expectations from the Caped Crusader have always been sky-high, a number of Batman movies that failed to match the levels are termed as disaster or failure.
Which Batman flick would you term the worst disaster? I'm pretty sure that it's going to be the one helmed by Joel Schumacher in 1997 titled Batman & Robin. George Clooney played the Caped Crusader in the movie and he didn't receive positive responses either. A film critic from the San Francisco Chronicle designated him as the "˜big zero of the film'. And there were loads of similar comments that Clooney had to gulp.
However, the actor didn't reject such criticisms and he declined the offer for a sequel. And that's not all! "I always apologize for Batman & Robin."
