Amell Appears In Green Arrow Costume!

We've already got the first look at the new Green Arrow costume for the fourth season of the CW series. Now, the lead actor Stephen Amell came out in that particular costume to introduce Arrow Panel at SDCC and that's not all! He seems to be pretty much in his character!
