Affleck OPEN to Direct the Batman Standalone Movie!
In the magazine, Ben Affleck finally opens his mouth about his thought on the rumor that suggests he would direct the untitled Batman standalone movie. The actor who is no less celebrated as a director shared that directing the solo movie would be "˜a very exciting idea' and he is "˜OPEN' to it! According to Affleck, it would be "˜like a dream' if he can make it work. He added (via ComicBook):
"The trick is, as to any movie, is to make sure that you "“ if you're going to direct it "“ that you can make it good. You've got to have the right idea and the right take on it"¦"
But there's a PROBLEM as pointed by Batman V Superman producer Charles Roven! Ben Affleck has got a "˜BUSY SCHEDULE' with the Warner Bros venture Live By Night about to start filming followed Justice League movies. "The calendar is a bit tricky," commented Roven.
However, the producer suggested that they are hoping they can "˜make it happen' but they are "˜just at the beginning of the question'.
