Usually, when reshoots are announced for some big blockbuster, the fans have one of two reactions - they either say that the studio will ruin the product, or that they feel assured that the movie is in good hands. At this moment, some of you will say that the latter is the case for the MCU flicks, while the former is the case for the DCEU movies.
But it can be argued that there have been times when reshoots didn't add anything of value to the Marvel films, such as in the case of Avengers: Age of Ultron or Thor: The Dark World. So"¦
Anyway, the latest Marvel movie to head into reshoots – after Doctor Strange - is James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. II. With Doctor Strange, it was said that the reshoots were made in order to add more humor. It isn't known at this point what needs to be added to Guardians of the Galaxy.
The news was broken by Karen Gillan, who portrays Nebula in the movie. According to her, she and newcomer Pom Klementieff (who will bring Mantis to life) are back on set. Check out the tweets below!

The first Guardians of the Galaxy movie had a perfect mix of action, humor, and drama. Will the second one manage to match that, or even surpass it? Most likely - as many fans say, James Gunn is worthy of being trusted!
