Thanos’ Infinity War finger-snap left only the original Avengers and a couple of Guardians alive. It took everybody by surprise, since it wasn’t even supposed to happen until Avengers 4. Instead, Infinity War ended with not just with the villain’s victory, but also with the deaths of most of the MCU's superheroes.

Fans obviously can’t wait to see what will happen next. They’re analyzing every bit of new information a hundred times over, hoping to discover something new.

The latest bit of news is that what appears to be a leaked promo art piece has given away the new Avengers team, which will be tasked with defeating Thanos and resurrecting our dead heroes. If the piece is genuine, Nebula, Rocket, Ant-Man, and Captain Marvel will join the original members. Check it out below!

There are obvious differences between the characters shown here and the characters in the previous movies. Most notably, Hulk appears to be smaller and is actually wearing a costume!

Could this mean that the Jade Giant and Bruce Banner have finally found a middle ground and the new Hulk now possesses Banner’s intelligence? After all, it’s been said that Hulk’s own story arc will take place between Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers 4.

But Captain Marvel’s appearance here may be the biggest surprise! You probably noticed that she’s wearing her traditional suit instead of the green one that’s been spotted on the movie set.

Another promo art piece revealed the Mad Titan’s new look, which includes the Infinity Gauntlet, armor, and a massive sword. Is all of this weaponry necessary because the Infinity Stones have somehow become less powerful? Or is there another reason?

Avengers 4 will be released on May 3, 2019.
