With a little more than three weeks remaining before Neil Marshall's Hellboy rolls into theaters, Lionsgate has launched the very first clip from the reboot.
The Hellboy clip runs for roughly half a minute and doesn't play up the gruesome action that fans are looking forward to in the upcoming R-rated project. There's not even a single of exchange of blows. Instead, it shows a humor-filled conversation between David Harbour's Anung Un Rama and his adoptive father Trevor Bruttenholm, portrayed by Ian McShane.
It starts off with Bruttenholm asking the Big Red, who can be seen enjoying a slice of pizza, whether he recalls the Osiris Club. While the name reminds Harbour's character of a strip joint in Jersey, McShane's character is actually talking about the British occult society formed in 1866 by the ranking members of the Heliopic Brotherhood of Ra.
Hellboy, however, does remember Ra, whom he has met once in the Underworld and whom he describes as a close-talker. Bruttenholm goes on to inform him that the Osiris Club has requested his assistance with a giant problem that involves"¦ well, giants. Here's the clip for you!

Hellboy is back, and he's on fire. From the pages of Mike Mignola's seminal work, this action packed story sees the legendary half-demon superhero called to the English countryside to battle a trio of rampaging giants. There he discovers The Blood Queen, Nimue, a resurrected ancient sorceress thirsting to avenge a past betrayal. Suddenly caught in a clash between the supernatural and the human, Hellboy is now hell-bent on stopping Nimue without triggering the end of the world.
