Shuri Outwits Bruce Banner in New Avengers: Infinity War Clip!

Shuri outwits Bruce Banner in a new clip from Avengers: Infinity War!

Fans have been debating about how the brains of Shuri, Tony Stark, and Bruce Banner operate since Black Panther hit the theaters. A newly released Avengers: Infinity War clip has shed some light on the matter.

Letitia Wright (Shuri) shared a clip from next week's superhero extravaganza that features a scene that takes place after the Avengers show up in Wakanda.

As the scene opens, Black Panther’s sister runs scans on Vision, who was injured prior to his arrival in the African territory. Bruce Banner and Scarlet Witch stand close by, and Steve Rogers, T'Challa, and Okoye have taken up positions a few yards away.

Having completed the scan, Shuri remarks that Vision's Mind Stone is polymorphic in structure. Banner replies that he and Tony attached each neuron non-sequentially. The young Wakandan princess smiles:

Why didn’t you just reprogram the synapses to work collectively?

Vision, who’s been staring at the ceiling, turns his attention to Banner, who is both embarrassed and amazed. His response:

Because we…didn’t think of it.

Shuri doesn't hesitate to make things even more awkward for the celebrated scientist:

I'm sure you did your best.

Check out the Infinity War clip below!

Asked whether Shuri or Stark is intellectually superior, Wright answered:

Shuri, come on! She’s young. Without a doubt. You know, Iron Man is like the OG of the Marvel universe. He’s the Godfather. Shuri respects him, but I feel like she has ideas that she can pitch to him and make his tech a little bit better. But watch the film; see what happens.
