While a recent report suggested that the first official trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming would be attached to the theatrical cut of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, it appears that we might get to watch it even sooner. Well, at least some fans will have that privilege!
According to the Twitter account @tomhollabr, the first trailer for the Jon Watts flick will be shown this Friday during its panel at Brazil's CCXP 2016. However, they claim that it won't be released online that day. They have also shared an image offering a look at the Spider-Man: Homecoming teaser poster that will be displayed at the event. Meanwhile, Instagram user troyanolo has posted some stills that appear to be low-resolution screenshots from the 16th Marvel Cinematic Universe installment's first trailer. Here are the stills for you!
If these stills are indeed real, we can expect the Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer to be leaked online soon. And if that happens, Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures might feel the need to officially release the trailer immediately.
Apart from these tidbits about the first Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer, we have brief descriptions of the movie's LEGO sets that feature some potential SPOILERS (that word is a warning in itself for the following content)!
According to Instagram user delta.customs, there will be two LEGO sets for Spider-Man: Homecoming. One of the sets apparently depicts a scene featuring the webslinger and two robbers with "Avengers in their names" (don't know what that’s supposed to mean, exactly). The other set seemingly teases a fight scene in which Spidey and Iron Man take on The Shocker and The Vulture. Check out the descriptions below!
LEGO sets have leaked key plot events from the movies in the past. For example, the one for Captain America: Civil War revealed that we would see Giant-Man in the airport battle scene. But there are times when they don't exactly reflect what is in the movie. The Iron Man 3 LEGO set, which teased a final battle on a boat against the Mandarin (which didn't happen), can be considered an example of why we shouldn't take LEGO sets too seriously!
