Civil War might be arriving sooner
If you are desperately waiting for Marvel Studio's Civil War onscreen adaptation, the good news for you is that it might be arriving sooner than you predicted! No official announcement yet. But a series of clues are guiding us towards the assumption that Civil War is to be launched not on Captain America: Civil War or Avengers: Age of Ultron, but on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.!
Fran Kranz is going to appear on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
What instigated the thought primarily was just a simple tweet by Fran Kranz saying "Mocking Bird. Robbie Baldwin. Shield. Soon." back in late September. Though it was deleted soon, it could not escape the eyes of media and the process of connecting the clues started. Just a month before this incident, Adrianne Palicki was officially announced to be playing Mockingbird.

Robbie Baldwin is the other name of Marvel youth superhero Speedball, which is quite similar in characterization to Fran's role in Joss Whedon's Dollhouse and Cabin in the Woods. This leads us to the assumption that Fran Kranz is going to appear on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Speedball, which actually provokes towards further assumption!
Captain America and Iron Man two opposite parties
Speedball along with a youthful superhero team named the New Warriors chase a group of villains down as a part of filming of a reality TV show. It is when a member of his team Nitro causes a massive explosion in Stamford, Connecticut, destroying a huge area of the city and killing a huge mass. This incident pilots to Superhuman Registration Act, which splits superheroes lead by Captain America and Iron Man into two opposite parties, giving birth to the Civil War.
As Stamford tragedy stands as one of the most iconic and popular moments in modern comics, the link up will provide the Civil War a reliable plot to evolve. Well, you need to wait until official announcements. Till then, all you can afford to term it is just an "˜assumption'!
