SEVENTY EIGHT more days before Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice finally hits the theaters! The clash between two of the biggest superheroes, the live-action debut of an iconic female superhero and the emergence of a big comic book cinematic universe - that's what Batman V Superman means!
But maybe not everyone is as excited as they would have been about the movie. The second official trailer of the movie left a whole lot of people complaining - too much revealed and the movie spoiled! Is it really so? Do we already know it all?
Well, Zack Snyder doesn't think so! In a recent interview with MTV News, the director of Batman V Superman addressed the complaint in the following way:
"I have the benefit of seeing the movie. It's cool that they think it's too much and I appreciate people not wanting to know, but there's plenty that they don't know. There's a lot of movie that's not in the trailer."
Snyder on Viral Batman V Superman Review - Hilarious!
If you have been active in social media for the last few weeks, you must have come to know about a Reddit post that claims to a review of Batman V Superman filled with spoilers. If you are perplexed about its authenticity, Snyder's remark may help you. He called it "˜HILARIOUS'! The director claimed that he wants people to go to the theaters without knowing. He said:
"Of course I hate it when any spoilers come out! You design the movie as a story that evolves as you watch it, so moment-to-moment [you're thinking], "˜Oh my god, what's going to happen next? Are they gonna live? Are they gonna die?' So you want that experience for the audience, as much as you can."
Lex Luthor in Batman V Superman - Million Times Sophisticated!
The reception of Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor from the trailers of Batman V Superman is mixed to be honest. It doesn't feel like the Lex Luthor that we have known. However, Zack Snyder thinks that it's too early to judge their version of the character. The director explained:
"In the trailer, of course he comes across in a very specific way. In the movie, he's like a million times more sophisticated than what you get in 30 seconds. But that's also the fun of it. That's why you go to the movies, so you can actually see the context and understand the depth."
In the interview, the director praised Gal Gadot by calling her s "˜an amazing Wonder Woman'.
