Spider-Man: Homecoming – Two New Posters Officially Released!

Two new Spider-Man: Homecoming have surfaced on web!

Tom Holland's Peter Parker might be younger than the Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield versions of the character, but he does have something they lack: experience standing among the Avengers in last year's Captain America: Civil War. Following his debut in that movie, Holland's all set to return in his solo outing, this summer’s Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Marvel Studios is currently occupied with marketing James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (which arrives in theaters in a few weeks), so we haven’t seen much in the way of promotion for the Jon Watts venture. However, the studio hasn’t overlooked the fact that Spider-Man: Homecoming is just over three months away from rolling into theaters, and they've officially released two brand new posters to fuel the hype.

One of the posters was uploaded via Marvel's primary social media accounts, and the other appeared via their UK-based accounts. The former features the young Spidey taking a time-out from fighting crime and doing homework. He’s wearing his school blazer over his superhero outfit, and he seems to be dozing with his headphones on. The New York skyline stretches out behind him with the Avengers Tower in view.

Spidey isn't taking a breather in the Marvel UK poster. Rather, he’s hanging off the giant A at the top of the Avengers Tower. Check out the two posters below!

It’s been about three months since the first Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer was released, so one might wonder whether a new trailer will follow the posters.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man, who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May, under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark. Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine - distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man - but when the Vulture emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
