Second Power Rangers Movie Trailer Has Arrived!

New trailer for Power Rangers movie has arrived!

While we’ve been waiting for 20th Century Fox to launch the second trailer for James Mangold's Logan, Lionsgate has released the second trailer for Dean Israelite's Power Rangers movie!

Like the first Logan trailer, the first Power Rangers trailer surfaced online last October. While the first trailer couldn't afford to offer a single shot of the titular superhero team in their superhero suits, this new one manages to offer a decent amount of that. Yes, all of the Rangers - Dacre Montgomery's Red Ranger, Naomi Scott's Pink Ranger, RJ Cyler's Blue Ranger, Becky G's Yellow Ranger, and Ludi Lin's Black Ranger – are fully suited up! We also get to see some pretty cool action stuff in this one!

Apart from the superheroes, the trailer also gives a good bit of screentime to Elizabeth Banks' villainous Rita Repulsa. The supervillain appeared in the first trailer, but wasn't seen wreaking havoc. We do get to see that in the new one. She also appears in an outfit that’s different from the one we saw her wearing in the first movie trailer and photos.

While the first trailer didn’t offer a first look at Bryan Cranston's Zordon, the second one does. He seems to be fulfilling his mentorship duties pretty well. We also get our first look at Zordon's robot assistant, Alpha 5, voiced by Bill Hader.

The first Power Rangers movie trailer felt a bit glum and gloomy, with Halsey's I Walk The Line playing in the background. However, the new one seems to have a far more refreshing tone. It contains quite a few humorous moments within its 2 minutes and 21 seconds of runtime. Here's the trailer for you!

The Power Rangers movie rolls into theaters on March 24, 2017! Share your thoughts on this new trailer via comments, and stay tuned for the latest updates!
