The second installment of the DC Cinematic Universe, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is a year, a month and a few days away from hitting the theaters but we don't have plenty of stuff on the movie yet. We have had a few posters and promo arts released but all of that tragically made out of, say one or two single stills of Ben Affleck's Batman, Henry Cavill's Man of Steel and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, with just changing backgrounds, putting the superheroes in different positions or using some effects!
Well, the good news is that we have a new poster on the web launched! It's not officially released; rather a Reddit user has brought it to us! The poster is new from the sense that we didn't have as much good resolution version of it. We had a poor quality version of the poster revealed last month at the Hong Kong Licensing Show. The Dark Knight’s Head Finally Rises!
Well, as you can see in the poster above that the only change in it is the posture of the Caped Crusader. We have seen the same posture of Man of Steel and Wonder Woman before. The good thing is that Ben Affleck's character isn't looking as depressed as he looked previously! The Dark Knight's head has RISEN! At least a bit! The background doesn't look like it is Metropolis. It seems to be a dark view of Gotham City.
New Trailer Rumor Rises!
Batman V Superman Trailer with Focus?
The new poster of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice brings life to a new question followed by a new rumor! Does the promo art release mean that the trailer is also arriving very soon? Out of the rumors that are alive till now, the strongest one is that the first official trailer of the movie will get attached to Mad Max: Fury Road which releases on 13 May, 2015. Another one suggests much later, in San Diego Comic Con International later this year.
Now, the newest rumor in the house is that Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer will come along with Will Smith and Margot Robbie starrer Focus on 27 February, 2015. The rumor is fueled by the fact that the movie is the very next Warner Bros venture on the slot. Both the lead actors are going to be a part of DC Cinematic Universe with Suicide Squad next year, count that as a reason for that if you want to be very optimistic! If not, let's wait till the 27th!
