Captain America 3 Filming A Funeral Scene!

Captain America

Filming of Captain America: Civil War has already started and a recent rumor suggests they are shooting a funeral scene on Tuesday, May 12! According to Comic Book, a site named Heroic Headlines came up with the rumor first. A casting call from Tammy Smith Casting for "˜Sputnik' states that the production needs "˜upscale men and women' in "˜dark' and "˜conservative' outfit, something that is befitting for a funeral.

Don't you know what "˜Sputnik' is? It is the working title for Captain America 3! The report also states that a cloudy, grey day is what the Tuesday forecast for Atlanta indicates. Isn't that ideal funeral weather? Such a scene surely means an unfortunate turn for someone involved in the movie. But which character is going to face death?

Captain America Dies In Civil War?

Death of Captain America in comics!

If you are familiar with comic books, such a question should not seem unreasonable to you. Chris Evans' character faces death over there. After Steve Rogers has surrendered himself to SHIELD, he gets killed on the court house step before his trail. Then, eventually, Bucky Barnes, aka Winter Soldier, takes up the shield as the new Captain America.

We already know that Bucky Barnes is in Civil War and we've captured Sebastian Stan on the set. Previously, Chris Evans also stated that…(continued to page 2)

..(continued from page 1) his character is likely to die in any of the future MCU movies. The actor said (via MoviePilot), "I'm sure it'll happen at some point, all good things have to come to an end. But I'm really happy playing the character.

Any Other Candidate From Comics?

Ant-Man

Ant-Man may also die in Civil War!

If you find it hard to believe or don't even want to believe that Captain America dies in Civil War, let's not believe that! I'm not consoling you – there is another alternative that may be staged, and that too from the comic books!

In the comic books, Cap's team member Bill Foster, aka Goliath, also faces death by a lightning bolt from Tony Stark's Thor clone, which was later named Ragnarok. He hasn't appeared in the MCU yet, and most likely won't. But don't forget that we have another size-altering superhero - the Ant-Man - in the mix! He is rumored to attain similar ability as Goliath to grow to gigantic size, so is he going to take up Goliath's place literally? Who knows!

If the recent rumor stands, Marvel may have set the plot for either of the incidents or maybe both! What do you think?
