Tony Stark Rumored to have a Cameo in Doctor Strange Movie!

Tony Stark may appear in Doctor Strange movie according to the recent rumor!

Before Captain America: Civil War was released, there were rumors about Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange appearing in the movie. The Sorcerer Supreme was rumored to have a cameo during the Russo Brothers venture's post-credits scene.

That might not have eventually happened, but it seems that there's a possibility of an Avenger making a cameo appearance in the Doctor Strange movie.

Before heading into details, I would like to strongly suggest that you take this with a HANDFUL of salt! This doesn't come from someone we are familiar with for dropping scoops.

According to the Twitter user and podcast host @s7evendaysageek, Robert Downey, Jr.'s Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, may have a cameo in the upcoming November 4, 2016 release. That's what his "little spies" have suggested. You can check out his tweet below!

In a more recent tweet, Benedict Wong, who portrays Wong in Doctor Strange, says that they have “just wrapped” the movie. Usually that would mean they have completed the movie's filming, but director Scott Derrickson had announced wrapping production back in April.

So, it seems like Wong is referring to reshoots or the movie's post-credits scene. Here's the actor's tweet for you!

Having to shoot after four months of wrapping could magnify the chances for Tony Stark to appear in the Doctor Strange movie. But these reshoots may eventually prove to have nothing to do at all with a cameo from RDJ's character. But doesn't Tony Stark’s possible appearance in the Doctor Strange movie make sense? Of course, it does. First of all, it’s the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where everything is connected. The events of Doctor Strange mostly take place in New York, where Tony lives.

In Captain America: Civil War, he was the one who recruited Tom Holland's Spider-Man. With Avengers: Infinity War looming, it would make sense to see RDJ's character still looking for powerful allies.

It remains to be seen whether Tony Stark ends up appearing in Doctor Strange, but we can be pretty sure that the movie will be rated PG-13. The director has recently confirmed this with a crazy-looking tweet. Check it out below!
