If Batman v Superman is as big as everybody believes it will be, how big will the Justice League get? Apparently, the only direction from here is up!
Discussing the first Justice League film with Collider, director Zack Snyder said that they are about to start shooting. However, for the moment, the movie doesn't have a title - it doesn't even have a logo. According to the director, he is still playing with concepts for both, mainly from a visual point of view:
Right now, the working title is Justice League. Actually, I'm in that phase where I've been drawing logos and I've been drawing title treatments and stuff like that to try and figure out what it means, what Justice League is, visually, so we'll see if the name evolves with this visual presentation.
The director also said that it will be easier to deliver the Justice League than Batman v Superman. Of course, he added that several sets (namely, Gotham and Metropolis) are already in place, having been used for this year's blockbuster. However, there is another reason, a spoilery one, as to why it will be easier to deliver the first Justice League film.

According to those who already saw the movie at the worldwide premiere, Batman v Superman sets up quite a few sequels, including those for Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and (obviously) the first superhero ensemble movie from DC. Here is what Chris Terrio said during an interview with Empire, when doing research for writing Justice League Part One:
For Justice League, I could be reading in the same day about red-and blue shifts in physics, Diodorus of Sicily and his account of the war between Amazons and Atlanteans, or deep-sea biology and what kind of life plausibly might be in the Mariana Trench.
Could 2017 bring a war between the Amazonians and the Atlanteans to the big screen? Are DC and Warner Bros. going to adopt, so soon, the Flashpoint Paradox?

We also have a confirmation of a role for the upcoming Justice League film. While it was previously speculated that Amber Heard will play the role of Mera in the Aquaman movie, the actress has also revealed that she will appear in that role in the first superhero ensemble movie. Which means, as far as we’re concerned, that 2017 might head in Flashpoint direction.
