Arrow has officially confirmed the arrival of a new villain this season! The actor isn't any new face in the comic book world. He's played Thin Clown in 1992 Batman Returns, Silver Surfer in the 2007 venture of Fantastic Four franchise and Abe Sapien in multiple movies of the Hellboy franchise. It is Doug Jones who joins the CW series!
The 55-year-old actor will be presented in Arrow as Deathbolt. To be honest, this character isn't any better than a C-list DC villain that came into being in the 1980s. But there's the interesting thing that the character's status as a metahuman is closely tied with the other DC superhero in the CW, The Flash! Deathbolt, a villain with the ability to control plasma energy, received the powers after being affected by the super-speedy superhero's Particle Accelerator explosion. That sets another connection between Arrow and The Flash. Doug will be seen first in the nineteenth episode of Arrow Season 3 titled "˜Broken Arrow'.
Lance & Laurel Relationship Shattered!

In a recent interview with "˜Comicbook.com', Detective Quentin Lance cast Paul Blackthorne states that the relationship between his character and Laurel Lance is going to get "˜shattered'. He didn't use a different word while defining the trust between them! The actor also stated that his character will have "˜trust issues' with the Team Arrow as well.
Firestorm In Arrow: Sinceriously A Joke!

The Flash's Firestorm cast Robbie Amell recently shared an image in the social media website Instagram where he and his cousin brother Arrow's Oliver Queen cast Stephen Amell, both being dressed up in their own superhero costumes. The image and the accompanying statement indicated strongly for an immediate crossover between the two CW series but more recently Robbie confirmed to MTV that it was just a prank and he just wanted to "˜mess with people'!
