Captain America: Civil War has just finished shooting the big set piece from the African market. And there have been a lot of pictures leaked from the said set, pictures with Captain America, Falcon, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch and even Ant Man (out of his suit, of course).
And this is where things got a bit complicated, since Crossbones was also on the set. Obviously, rumors have started flying, since the latter was involved in a fight with Captain America. Care to know more? Beware, because these are potential spoilers for next year's Civil War!

According to Comic Book Movie sources, the big set piece is actually the first major battle we will see in the Civil War, between the new Avengers team of Steve Rogers and Crossbones and his HYDRA goons.
Things get a bit more interesting, since there will be lots of civilian casualties. Could this be the international incident that triggered the need for a Registration Act? It surely seems so. But this isn't all, since both Iron Man and Crossbones have their reasons to get involved. As far as Tony Stark is concerned, his reason to support the Registration Act and start the Civil War is another than just the simple death of civilians.

According to the same sources, the entire African market scene is set by Crossbones. But his reasons are different than just payback on the Avengers. Thus, after the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Crossbones will be bent on getting the Winter Soldier back into the fold, as HYDRA's assassin. Of course, this scene does actually open the Civil War.
As far as Iron Man is concerned, the Registration Act is just what he needed in order to find the Winter Soldier, who is responsible for the deaths of his parents. So, after all, Tony Stark is just being his former self, acting for the most selfish reasons.
Could it be?
According to the same sources, Civil War is important not just for setting the future Avengers roster, but also for Bucky Barnes, since during it he will have to get everybody on his side. How come? Simply because he will become a very important character in the MCU.
